Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard will face sexual assault-related charges in Winnipeg, police said on Tuesday reports the CBC.

The offences were allegedly committed in November 1993 and involve a victim who was then 20 years old, a news release from the Winnipeg Police Service says.

Nygard had victims from Toronto, Quebec and other countries including Nassau, Bahamas where he also faces or faced charges. He owned a private island in Nassau similar to Jeffrey Epstein.

Many of his victims were Melanin women from all over the world, particularly the Caribbean islands.

He, like Jeff Epstein, had his own island conducting breeding farms and organ transplant operations. The breeding farms included allegedly impregnating women and harvesting organs for eternal youth.

With a laboratory similar to the deceased convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Nygard would solicit and invite Melanin women to “pamper parties” where he propositioned them for aborted fetus, umbilical cords and even menstruation fluid. All of which Nygard explains are valuable at high commodity on the “Market”. And that Melanin women dominate this market. See video below.

Nygard isn’t the only elite with particular fetishes for Melanin. In the United States, Democratic donor Ed Buck, who in 2021 was convicted by a federal jury of nine felonies, including giving methamphetamine to two men who died at his West Hollywood apartment after being injected with the drug, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison, said a spokesperson for the United States Attorney’s Office Central District of California.

According to a 2019 indictment, Buck “engaged in a pattern of soliciting men to consume drugs that Buck provided and perform sexual acts at Buck’s apartment” – a practice described in the document as “party and play.”

In the CNN news report, the victims were solicited on social media, including a gay dating website, and Buck used a recruiter to scout and proposition men, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said in a news release that Buck typically targeted people who were destitute, homeless or struggling with drug addiction.

“He exploited the wealth and power balance between them by offering his victims money to use drugs and to let Buck inject them with narcotics,” prosecutors said in the statement.

Buck was 67 at time he was sentenced to 360 months, said spokesperson Ciaran McEvoy. He was found guilty of two counts of distribution of methamphetamine resulting in death, four counts of distribution of methamphetamine, one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, and two counts of enticement to travel in interstate commerce for prostitution.

The Advocate reports prosecutors had tens of thousands of texts, voice mails, and videos that laid out Buck’s rampant drug use and his fetish for injecting Black men with hard drugs and then having sex with them, often when they were too high to consent. Some of Buck’s victims — several of whom were homeless and just looking for a place to sleep for the night — wept on the witness stand and told the jury how Buck would also inject them without their approval, including when they were already unconscious. Buck’s racism was also on display to the jury with witnesses recounting his use of slurs and Blackface-type masks.

Buck’s defense, led by former O.J. Simpson prosecutor Christopher Darden, had no real argument other than shaming the victims, arguing their drug use and sex work as well as their HIV-positive status were reasons to disbelieve them. It didn’t work.

Prosecutors wrote in court papers obtained by the Times that Buck used his position of power to manipulate his victims into participating in his sexual fetishes.

“These fetishes include supplying and personally administering dangerously large doses of narcotics to his victims,” the prosecutors wrote, according to the Times.

In a ritual that twice turned lethal, Buck, who is White, tested how high he could get the men he hired to “party and play,” witnesses testified.

The defense contends all the men were at Buck’s apartment under their own will and did not die from methamphetamine.

“Many of them appeared to be drug addicts by their own admission,” said defense lawyer Ludlow B. Creary II. “They were living according to their lifestyle, and Ed Buck did not create their lifestyle.”

One of his victims kept a journal where he wrote about his grueling experience with Ed Buck. He commented he wanted to end his life but would let Ed Buck do it instead. Please note that Ed Buck was a LGBTQ and animal rights advocate. Many of these events were recorded and filmed most likely for elite clientele where it is reported he isn’t the only one with this fetish.

The Los Angeles Times reports, Christopher Darden, a lawyer for Buck, told the jury his client was on trial “for conduct that millions of people engage in.” He dismissed the witnesses against Buck as manipulative escorts and drug abusers who used Buck for his money.

Apparently these “gay Black men” didn’t deserve much mercy by an LGBTQ advocate for they were homeless ‘drug addicts.’ The dangers for a Melanin man is clear.

In regards to rehabilitation, there is very little counseling that offered to rehabilitate these men.

This is how one is treated when disenfranchised. Whether it’s Nygard, or Buck there are others. And there is a terribly wrong message from these two stories. The exploitation of the Melanin race. Even by its own.

Organ Harvesting

Canada, has become number one in organ harvesting. Humans are now a business.

From a marketing perspective, citizens are being appealed to show compassion through the post-modern era motto ‘give your life to save a life,” through “have a beautiful death” or “dying with dignity.” A response to address the “global” crisis of systemic barriers that can lead to poverty, substance abuse, prostitution, crime, inadequate services, employment barriers, housing to name a few. In addition a response to high level positions that bear upon ones consciousness.

Last year, Kevin Ward, the Mayor of Hyattsville, Maryland, United States was found shot and pronounced dead on January 25, 2022. He leaves behind a husband, two teenage sons, and more than 20,000 mourning residents in his town. The mayor of Hyattsville, Maryland, an urban area outside of Washington, DC, is dead at the age of 44 after committing suicide.

Ward’s body was found in a park in McLean, Virginia. The same park that former White House deputy counsel Vince Foster was also found dead, leading to tabloid speculation about Ward’s death.

Suicide among LGBTQ youth remains far too common, but people are learning that concerns about mental health extend well into adulthood for LGBTQ people. A study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine in November 2021 found that queer men ages 35 to 64 were at a much higher risk of attempting suicide compared to younger queer men.

Within the Melanin community and across other cultures there is going to be an increase number of deaths by suicide due to many of the above factors. The Need For More Journals

With most journals, the leading institutions on organ trafficking are concentrated in Anglo-Saxon countries: four of them in the USA, two of them in Australia, and one in Canada.

Ironically, some rich countries that are amongst the primary organ-importers are also shaping the discourse on THBOR, while poor countries—often transit and/or destination areas—are largely underrepresented.

We were condemned ladies and gentlemen. Our women, as with others of other cultures were raped, abused and sodomized. Our men the same. Families broken apart. The disregard for all women, including our own, men and children from these cases brings light on an issue that has existed since slavery. It’s the same stories of how they conquered the lands . Rape, abuse, sodomy, breeding farms, human trafficking = Trans Atlantic Slave Trade. From colonization until now. It is our inheritance it seems.

While the Dutch and other nations have apologized for their role in slavery, the attacks still exist just packed differently until opened.

Hearing about this case in modern times really rings alarms on what is happening to our race. Beyond the smiles and applauds is the very exploitation that existed since slavery. Even after the apologies the exploitation continues. Our fight is not about pronouns. Our primary fight is not which political party we identify. Nor whether we identity as LGBTQ or Straight. Our fight is about our survival in our everyday skin and those who are out to get it along with internal organs.

2. Help house a refugee. If you have the space kindly make accommodations for our new guests according to your humane ability. Learn more by contacting us.
3. Food, housing and money may be low but kindly be safe and consider your actions in light of now knowing what is out there. Don’t end up like one of Ed Buck’s victims.
4. Learn to say no. If you don’t feel comfortable walk away. Know who you around and where you are going.
5. Avoid or reduce situations of promiscuity. If you’re not putting yourself out there it’s easier to stay safe. If you are out there use intuition and don’t be naive. Use protection. Always wash.
6. Sleep with caution to avoid predators or ambush.
7. Protect your belongs and identifications. Contact the police by dialing 911 in case of emergencies.
8. If approached for modelling, acting, singing say no. Investigate the company history prior. Although, keep in mind some companies are good at silent exploitation. It’s best to avoid these industries all together until their act is cleaned up. Too many incidents of exploitation and human trafficking.
9. Use your phone, laptop, newspaper, or library to research events happening in the city to network and branch out. Libraries provide from 15 minutes to one hour use per person.
10. Share your skills with others. Reach out and let others know what skills you have that can contribute to society. Someone may contact you for work. Or Share what skills you’d like to learn.
11. Avoid going to homes after dark and accepting drinks. If you must accept a drink keep it to water and do what you can to observe the person.
12. Avoid drugs that are offered. Stay sober minded. Today’s drugs are beyond and causing another pandemic leading to other issues.
13. Connect with a local church. While many churches today have lost a great deal of trust, you can manage your way there better.
14. Check out a local community centre. They have lots of activities.
15. Pick up a Learning Education guide from the library. It provides courses available for immigrants and new comers.
16. Do not spend time hanging out in communities in masses. Use your time to travel about and learn the city. Ask questions. Meet people. Travel in groups of four at most, two the least. One person should be fluent in English of the group. If alone designate a point of contact for emergency.
17. Seek out permanent or temporary employment.
18. Remain in good vibes. Low energy vibrations can attract unwanted energies that are also low vibration. By staying active, keeping a positive outlook, avoiding danger and unnecessary risks, along with eating well when possible can contribute to high vibrational frequencies and balance your aura and chakras.
