If you have experience being a Targeted Individual it can be awful nightmare in waking life. A dread.
Some days you don’t want to wake. Or get out of bed or do chores or do anything. It’s like what’s the point? Then, you realize this is not the life you were meant to live. You go about your day knowing that from you wake to even when you sleep you are being watched and targeted.
From my experience in discovering that I was a targeting individual it took losing everything to realize in becoming nothing – I became everything.
Gangstalkers taught me many things. It made me stronger, wiser, more alert and most of all more trusting in my purpose and destiny.
What I have been through many would not have survived. They thought I would be buried and they could claim the rights to my name and inheritance.
But, as the universe would it – the tables have turned.
Sometimes I still cry. Still in shock and awe that so many people around me where part of the program. Some where willing. Others were manipulated by being low frequency beings that energies could manipulate. For example, say you have hate in your heart towards someone, the invisible energies (like wind is invisible) they attach themselves to these low vibrational beings and use them as their bidding.
The many days and nights crying over another hack, another computer breaking, another financial barrier felt like – no words could express. For some reason though – once I made it through those pains – I saw the light and ran towards it.
Since that time, I am free. This is my releasing pain, trauma, hurt, disappointments, people who no longer serve the new chapter of my life.
This is my welcoming my divine destiny to rule and reign in my essence. To be a beacon of light for others to find their way through the dark. I welcome with peace, love and grace.
Perhaps the marketing and PR team at CIA headquarters find getting recognition swaggerific!!! (If that is even a slang term)
Or Perhaps the CIA can come up with a better lingo for all the clout they are getting for influencing global trends and cultures.

This is one of best detailed videos to explain how it works, a list of potential perpetrators behind it, their intent and how to stay golden. We even launched our SOLID GOLD business glow up series. In his abstract opening it states:
In an attempt to see if gangstalking is a real phenomenon or a mental disease being suffered en masse, we look towards and analyze the available information. After comparing the various and recent influx of personal accounts online, estimates of the number of victims, brain scans, historic and modern evidence of gangstalking, and historic and modern evidence of energy weapon abuse on citizens as well as looking at court testimony and legal documents it is most likely that gangstalking is a real phenomenon that is being perpetrated by a sect of the federal government with local criminals and local agents doing most of the work and to take the fall if it is ever exposed. Despite the growing number of personal accounts online, little to no exposure is being given in the mainstream media, especially on television channels. The author suggests a class action lawsuit against the government to bring awareness to the public at large.

Strange how he maneuvered the black helicopter skillfully over the lines, treetops and roofs of our outside workshop in our backyard with ease, and no concern or hesitation, but just did it smoothly just to hover so close over the workshop, to let me see and feel intimidated. I did get out the pool and from then on, I knew that they watch you from the LEO satellites too. You are constantly being watched.”

CIA SURVEILLANCE IN TORONTO, YORK SOUTH-WESTON
Here is our finding of CIA in the community of York South-Weston. The Reset Community hosted a fireside community summit and town hall on April 16, 2025 to discuss community, business and family options.
“Businesses and residents want answers that should come at the rate of Doug Ford’s recent passing of Bill 5 without dodging, alienating or disregard for protection of marginalized, under served communities, workplaces, and public spaces without further infringement for the right to access services, employment, housing, mobility, transportation, health services and interaction,” says KAT, community affairs expert.
In November 2024, The Reset Community community affairs expert KAT brought the matter to City Hall at the Housing Rights Advisory Committee. KAT spoke at three different times throughout the committee hearing. Watch the entire video.
The Reset Community contacted Councillor Anthony Perruzza to assist in hosting a press conference and or participate in matters to address public safety and that went cold. His office was contacted several times including Mayor Olivia Chow. The level of hate crimes and violations that have occurred without any elected officials addressing the matter or the media; as this information was brought forward to several reporters and news outlines, is a huge concern for political agendas and public safety.
Perruzza sits on critical agencies, boards and commissions. His lack of regard for hate crimes affecting communities (including gang stalking) is helping to spread more danger across communities. Some of these gangstalking actions by perpetrators are leading to or have been involved with gun violence, drugs and human trafficking.
The subject matter was brought up to NDP MPP Tom Rakocevic and Liberal MP Judy Sgro. Both meetings helped to empower our call to action. Judy Sgro recognized these covert operations and gang-stalking actions to consistent of being hate crimes. The Reset Community awaits a follow-up on the matter of gang-stalking and targeting harassment from MP Sgro’s office.
So the question now is, how do you stop someone who won’t admit what they are doing wrong?
Councillor Frances Nunziata was also contacted. Councillor Nunziata was part of community summit in Mount Denis that occurred April 5, 2025 held by local groups and the BIA. The Reset Community contacted the organizers and Ms. Nunziata to provide us an opportunity speak on this matter. No response from Nunziata’s office but we did speak to one of the organizers and did not hear from them again.
What seems to be happening is a lot of ghosting tactics one if which is mentioned in the videos as tactics.
In speaking with residents of the York South-Weston community many love Councillor Nunziata; however, it was her riding we found evidence of CIA which was important for her to know and address at either the Mount Denis community summit or at our Fireside Community Summit and Town Hall, by phone or email.
Councillor Amanda Morley’s office was contacted as she sits on many boards and agencies that are directly affecting residents across various wards, Toronto, and Ontario.
“We need to expedite actions, recognition and real time solutions that prevent the spread of gang-stalking tactics, while enacting laws to imprison perpetrators of this crime.” says KAT, The Reset Community’s community affairs expert.

For gang-stalking to be proven as mentioned in one of the videos on gangstalking included in this article – it is challenging. This is what makes the ordeal hard for others who are unaware. This is probably contributing to large cases of mental health illnesses, misdiagnoses and or diagnosis to name a few severities of gangstalking effects.

Job Training and Placement: Programs to help veterans develop new skills and find meaningful employment.
Community Support: A network of peers and mentors to foster a sense of belonging and mutual support.
