The year was 1996, 30 years ago. Independence Day was the top-grossing movie of 1996, earning over $817 million worldwide and dominating the summer box office. Other top hits that year included Twister, Mission: Impossible, and The Rock.
It was also the year Journalist Gary Webb exposed the CIA’s connection to the 1980s crack cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles through his 1996 “Dark Alliance” series for The Mercury News. The investigation revealed that Nicaraguan Contra rebels, with potential CIA protection, trafficked cocaine into US cities to fund anti-communist efforts, devastating local communities.
Now, the CIA has set its sites on communities in Canada. With growing epidemics not just in crack, but also Fentanyl and Molly.
As of early 2026, Canada continues to face a complex, multi-substance crisis characterized by a “toxic drug supply” rather than just a single-drug, localized crack epidemic. While crack cocaine remains a significant, widely trafficked substance, it is frequently part of a broader, deadly landscape involving fentanyl and methamphetamine.
How did we get here and what are leaders prepared to do about our communities?
We invite politicians to the cook-out. Honor them at events, galas, ceremonies yet behind the back and in some cases in the face of the community at-large, there is a type of growing evil prevailing by frenemies of the State.

CIA Director John Deutch spoke to central Los Angeles residents at a town hall meeting about allegations that the CIA sold drugs in the city to finance covert operations in Central America. Representative Juanita M. McDonald (D-CA) who represents the state’s 37th Congressional District, sponsored the meeting. The director stated he had seen no proof of such allegations but would continue to pursue the matter if more people bring new evidence to the investigation. Many of the questioners were very confrontational. The allegations were originally raised in the San Jose Mercury-News.
That CIA Director John Deutch blatantly looked the other way claiming he had “seen no proof” then, well The Reset Community has the proof now!
The tactic is called “how do you stop someone who won’t admit what they are doing wrong?” That was a classic example of that stance as shared by a Canadian Liberal MP.
On June 16, 1998 a news site called Mother Jones wrote: “The eighties apparently weren’t the only time when the CIA got mixed up with the pusherman. During congressional hearings last month on funding for the CIA and other intelligence agencies, Congressman John Conyers (D-Mich.) entered into the Congressional Record “A Tangled Web: A History of CIA Complicity in Drug International Trafficking,” which was written by the Institute for Policy Studies. It’s a good short read—and has some suprising characters, like Lucky Luciano, the notorious gangster who apparently earned a pardon due to his loyal work for the OSS (the precursor to the CIA).

To downplay the epidemic and violations of breach of trust at that time, Gary Webb was labelled as blowing out of proportion the magnitude of the CIA involvement.
It’s safe to say as we fast forward in time to the present it is hard, if not blasphemous, to say that Mr. Webb was wrong. The game of plausible deniability since that time has spread across borders to become an international pandemic that now needs to be addressed not as a conspiracy, except where groups “conspired” to attack communities deliberately.
Community leaders who work for, pose with politicians and members of the police force or frenemies of the state and community are called on to hold these people they welcomed into the community accountable. These covert tactics over 30 years and beyond has lead to systemic corruption and organized crime resulting in some cases irrevocable harms and deaths. Grossly affecting another generation of gifted youths to fall into what now appears as planned, intended and premeditated genocide.
Community and Eugenics
What is becoming more apparent is the eugenics plan being played out in real time.
Jeffry Epstein emails reveal schematics to experiment with gene editing using marginalized communities as test subjects including under developed and developing countries.
Bill Gates known to frequent Africa and using Africans as test subjects is well documented in the Epstein Files and Gates history over decades. It’s not just Bill Gates. Remember what Nestle did to pregnant mothers?
“It’s time for action. We are done with the talks,” says K. Ann Thomas of The Reset Community.
K. Ann asks “It is it worth it to sell out our own while turning a blind eye to our frenemies of the community, humanity and state?”
A Town Hall is planned for end of April and call on leaders who want to do better to attend this priority meeting.
Here is what leaders can do in the mean time.
Test them!
If you work for a Jewish person, a White person, any person for that matter that claims they are for us – then ask them to be present at the Town Hall in April. Date to be Confirmed.
Test them!
Ask them to help support eradicating the programs that bring harm to communities beyond more reports. They already have reports.
Test them!
Ask them to put money where their mouth is.
Encourage them to invest in building bridges in communities beyond prison walls, guns and drugs.
Test them!
Ask them to investigate and hold accountable all those involved with organized crimes and systemic corruption with prosecution of violators.
If you get the following answers, they are not for us!
I am with you but my hands are tied.
I am with you that’s so wrong -what can I do to help? And then you tell them the above and the answer is “oh you know I want to help but we have to take it to the board. The final answer is not mine.” They are playing you.
They enlist you on a board, committee or special task force etc. and make news announcement only to have you waste your time – which you may not mind cause it makes you look good, then you both playing yourselves and the community.

Other whistleblowers and journalists, such as John Kiriakou and Edward Snowden, have also exposed CIA and NSA activities related to surveillance and unethical practices.
Now, The Reset Community is exposing the public breach of trust happening in Toronto with CIA Surveillance.
“CIA runs the community,” says a community member of York South-Weston, who has run ins with law enforcement.
“I’ve seen them pop up on my internet many times,” says another community member.
Since the first discovery of the actual CIA Surveillance and bringing this forward to the elected officials, silence. Silence is a form of acceptance which means our politicians have okayed CIA presence and exposed our communities to undue harms,premeditated and condoned hate crimes as part of what now seems to be “Eugenocide” as revealed from the Epstein files.
These crimes and those who condoned them need to be held accountable.
