It would lead to Jeffrey Epstein, his financiers and entourage with their early bribes over politicians and businessmen around the “dot com era”. It would lead to 3 years after the Menendez brothers killed their father. There were connections to Arista records as well as Clive Davis. Mr. Menendez, his connections to the music industry prior to his death ran deep and allegedly included Puff Daddy. As well, the early phase of what we are witnessing today unfold. Apparently, the Menendez father used to engage artists in unsavoury compromising positions for SA and bribery.

So from 1992 – 2006 – 2006. We are looking at over 30 years of organized crimes across industries, cities, states, countries, islands, oceans. Wow! How many lives are ruined? Too many to count so let’s guestimate in the billions. It’s sad really.

How many corrupt officials, C-Suite Executives, Managing Directors, artists, so-called Elites? Wow! That must be in the millions. We are looking at a cesspool here Houston! “This is more than a problem. It’s a pandemic, ” says K. Ann Thomas of The Reset Community and The Reset News.

We won’t jump any further back into 1992 just yet. That is a whole other story. It includes the “dot.com era”. The race for tech and the early tech guys buying up, merging, accusations, bad deals. Plus, the Toronto Eaton Centre, owned by Cadillac scandal. Exposing corporate executive seedy business “affairs” that resulted in regrettably many suicides. These guys don’t learn do they? Now they want to pass on this poison as normal in 2026. Nah nah nah.

Plus, Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Entertainment companies investing into Home Video Entertainment with the expansion of home videos plus the indecent film market, subliminal marketing in movies, cartoons and tech spying and for lack of better words snuff films. Which, apparently Toronto was and covertly still is dominant.

As a result of those times, the times we live in now have become more satanic. “I don’t even want to blame Satan for this. Just say evil times,” says K. Ann with deep concern.

Let’s see what’s next for 2006. There was the start of the 2006 Lebanon War and drum role please ……the inauguration of Stephen Harper in Canada, and the surge of violence in Iraq. Now we have it happening in Iran 2026. Perhaps, you really can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Too bad – the old ones are out dated.

So, Stephen Harper of the Conservative Party became the 22nd Prime Minister of Canada on February 6, 2006, following the federal election in January 2006. He succeeded Liberal Prime Minister Paul Martin, whose term ended on February 5, 2006. Harper led a minority government after the 2006 election.

Ontario Premier – Dalton McGuinty.

The Official Opposition Leader was John Tory.

The York Region Mayor was Frank Scarpitti – when the CATCH video was made.

The Mayor of Toronto was David Miller – two of the above names were mentioned by survivor Allison Scott regarding her lived-experience with electronic and targeted harassment. Ms. Scott shared with The Reset Community when David Miller was Mayor of Toronto, she called in to a radio station to speak about Canada’s racism and lack of minorities in the law enforcement. She was active in the community then creating programs for youths, and also claims one of her ideas was stolen by an MPP that was Jamaican and the Minister of Education at that time.

Ms. Scott said she became popular and at one event, she was approached by a police officer to commend her for speaking up. The officer then informed her casually that as a result of her speaking up for minorities she became a ‘marked’ woman. Since that time she became a targeted individual. By the time The Reset Community got her statement in 2023 Ms. Scott had sent a letter to all three levels of government to include former PM Justin Trudeau, former Mayor John Tory and now Premier of Ontario Doug Ford.

Nothing was done to help her. Instead, her life got ruined, she was hospitalized in mental institutions and drugged in some cases to a state of non functioning. Allison Scott claims her letter reached to the Queen of England. You can listen to some of her statement in a 2025 interview with The Reset News.

“Yes, these are powerful names – but so are many of the victims and survivors.”

“Powerful names cannot hide behind plausible deniability anymore or be protected by national security. They are a national threat to true sovereignty and human security,” says K. Ann.

2006 would also be around the time guns were planted in the Jane and Finch community. A source from a former Toronto Police Officer special task force unit from 31 Division stated “the only one at that time”. Giorgio Mammoliti was Councillor at that time. The Reset Community exposed the story in 2025.

We also have statements from a reliable source about the then Councillor, Doug Ford, and his bikers friends planting drugs in communities to drug dealers and tipping off the then Chief of Police, Bill Blair. Mr. Ford’s sister was once married to the head of a biker gang.

In 2006, then, Toronto Police, Chief Bill Blair, focused on combating gang violence in areas like Jane and Finch by implementing “surveillance measures.” Following a year of high gun violence in 2005, Blair announced plans to install closed-circuit cameras in hotspots, including Jane-Finch, Malvern, and Rexdale, to deter crime.

2006 Context: Following a rise in gun violence (the “Year of the Gun” in 2005), Chief Blair sought, with provincial funding, to introduce CCTV cameras in high-crime neighborhoods, despite community concerns about surveillance.

Jane-Finch Focus: The area, part of 31 Division, was identified as a primary target for enhanced policing initiatives under Blair.

Strategic Approach: Blair’s approach often involved blending increased surveillance with a, sometimes criticized, focus on “carding” or street checks in the following years.

Let’s confirm to see who really was the police chief at the time….Pausing to check. hold on. Well, well, well, look at what we have here. So, Mr. Blair was Chief of Police at that time. He went on to become a politician – and Minister of Defence in the Trudeau Government and now on to Ambassador for UK – something like that.

He was also labelled the ‘Gangstalking Boss’ on a site called targeted justice.

TAVIS was set up in 2006 after the so-called ‘year of the gun’ to combat gangs, drugs and the influx of illegal weapons in Toronto. Since then, it has led to more than 19,000 arrests and the seizure of more than 1,200 guns, police say.

Remember, a former officer gave his statement that he and his crew participated in planting weapons in Jane and Finch. Busted the homes of people while they were sleeping, harassed, violated and threatened women, mothers, intimidated children and forced the men to do what they wanted.

“None. Plausible deniability just does not work anymore. Not fancy titles, nor family history, nor careers to cover up these hate crimes, systemic corruption and organized crimes by elected officials, service men and women,” K. Ann firmly adds.

“Showing up in our communities, galas, awards, office, on the job, in the media, for Black History Month, Christmas or the cook-out for photo-ops with fancy speeches is not welcome anymore,” declares K. Ann.

Who were the MPPs and MPs?

Please – see how many still are around today – that most definitely know about this. And those who are not – that probably knew too.

We did not even get into the back office staff. Those who have worked for years covering up and burying paperwork and documents and or interrupting the lives of many innocent people.
